Scope of works:

• Obtain all working drawings and relevant permits for construction
• Liaise with council due to the property being Heritage listed
• Demolition to rear of dwelling
• Construct new dwelling as per plans
• Construct new laundry and renovation of existing units to rear of property
• Complete all landscaping, driveways, “turn-key” completion of project
